1. Consumers who make a qualifying purchase between 12.08.24 and 02.11.24 (both dates inclusive) may claim cashback (“AEG Reward”) in accordance with these terms until 26.01.25. The AEG reward will be issued via a bank transfer.

2. The AEG Rewards offer is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man and is available on eligible purchases that they make at Magnet.
3. This promotion is applicable to end-consumers only (excludes trade and contract).
4. Maximum of 1 claim per household. Claims are capped at 1 eligible claim per household with unlimited number of products per claim. For avoidance of doubt, 1 (one) claim equates invoice/till receipt and all product models must be purchased within the scope of maximum 1 (one) invoices/till receipts.

6. To register appliances within your order and claim your AEG Reward, please visit our AEG promotions claims site at aeg.co.uk/kitchenretail2024 and follow the on-screen instructions. Please note payment will be subject to compliance with these terms and conditions.

7. The AEG Reward will be cashback to a maximum value of £1000. You will only be eligible to claim the AEG Reward when you purchase 3 or more selected AEG appliances. The purchase must include 1 single or double oven and 1 hob. The AEG Reward amounts available are as follows:
3 appliances - £150
4 appliances - £200
5 appliances - £300
6 appliances - £400
7+ appliances - £500

8. All online claims will need to be submitted and received by midnight on 26.01.25. No online claims can be submitted after this date and no responsibility can be accepted by the Promoter for claims which are not made by this closing date.
9. Claims relating to products purchased before 12.08.24 and after 02.11.24 will not be accepted.

10. Proof of purchase must be provided to support any online claim. Claims made without proof of purchase will be rejected.
11. If you return or cancel the delivery of a qualifying product before submitting a Claim, the Claim will not be valid and you must not make a Claim. If you return or cancel the delivery of a qualifying product after submitting a Claim, the Claim will be invalid and you must cancel the Claim immediately by emailing aeg@promotion-support.com. The Promoter reserves the right to check with Participating Retailers whether a qualifying product has been returned or the order cancelled and by submitting a Claim you provide consent to the Promoter to do so. Any refunds for returned products will be conditional upon the repayment of any AEG Reward.
12. All instructions given within this leaflet are part of these terms and conditions.

13. By claiming your AEG Rewards, applicants will be deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

14. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the promotion at any time.

15. The Promoter reserves the right to investigate and undertake all such action, as is reasonable, to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims. The Promoter reserves the right to reject those claims, which it considers, in its absolute discretion, are fraudulent or invalid.

16. After registration and a successful verification, the participant will receive a transfer to the bank account specified by them during the registration in the amount specified in these terms and conditions.
17. The Promoter endeavours to transfer the cashback amount to the specified account within 28 days from the date when the registration was approved. If there is a high number of registrations, delays may occur.
18. Personal data supplied during the course of this AEG Rewards Promotion will only be processed as necessary for the operation of the AEG Rewards Promotion and in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy which can be found here - https://www.aeg.co.uk/overlays/data-privacy-statement/. Personal data will be shared with Benamic Limited and its sub-contractors as data processors of the Promotor for the sole purpose of managing claims submitted in the AEG Rewards Promotion and only in accordance with the Promotor’s instructions. Personal data supplied during the course of this AEG Rewards Promotion will be retained for 12 months from the end of the AEG Rewards Promotion.

NEFF Cashback Promotion - Magnet 

Terms and Conditions

23.08.2024 – 30.11.2024 

1. The Promotion is the offer by the Promoter of up to £1100 Cashback (“the Gift”) to purchasers if they purchase NEFF built-in kitchen appliances including an oven as detailed below. These appliances must be purchased as part of an overall kitchen purchase from participating retailers including the kitchen furniture (with a minimum of 5 cabinets). 

£250 cashback will be offered with a purchase of 3 qualifying NEFF built-in kitchen appliances including an oven. 

£400 cashback will be offered with a purchase of 4 qualifying NEFF built-in kitchen appliances including an oven. 

£550 cashback will be offered with a purchase of 5 qualifying NEFF built-in kitchen appliances including an oven. 

£750 cashback will be offered with a purchase of 6 qualifying NEFF built-in kitchen appliances including an oven. 

£1100 cashback will be offered with a purchase of 7 qualifying NEFF built-in kitchen appliances including an oven.   

1. An additional £600 cashback will be awarded with the purchase of a NEFF Venting Hob or NEFF Glass Draft Hood (as detailed in table B below) as part of this promotion. 

1. To qualify as a kitchen purchase for this cashback Promotion, a minimum of five kitchen cabinets must be included within the purchase.  

1. The kitchen furniture and appliances must be purchased from the same Retailer as part of a kitchen design (participating retailers only).  

1. This Promotion applies to purchases between 23rd August 2024 and 30th November 2024 and for which the Promoter has received a completed and valid claim before midnight on 31st May 2025.  

1. This is a consumer only Promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, retailers will not be able to claim the Gift on behalf of the consumer.  

1. The Gift will be in the form of BACS Transfer. 

1. In order to qualify for the Cashback of £250, a minimum of THREE qualifying NEFF built-in appliances (as listed on the claim site from hobs, cooker hoods, dishwashers, laundry and refrigeration) must be purchased as part of a kitchen and from the same Retailer they have purchased the kitchen furniture from (must be from a participating retailer only). Each cashback claim must include a NEFF oven (Table A below), and must be a single claim with the same kitchen purchase. Freestanding appliances and accessories (including warming drawers) are not included. 

1. If a NEFF Venting Hob or Glass Draft Hood (Table B below) is purchased as ONE of the qualifying NEFF appliances then an additional £600 will be awarded. The total cashback value that can be awarded for SEVEN qualifying NEFF appliances, including a NEFF oven and NEFF Venting Hob is £1,700. 

1. Purchases of graded, seconds, replacements and imperfect products and trade/contract sales are excluded from the Promotion. 

1. Only one claim per household.  Please note that employees and relatives of the Promotor, participating retailers or traders are prohibited from participating in this promotion. Traders and participating retailers themselves are also prohibited from participating in this promotion. 

1. Claimants cannot claim in conjunction with another offer. 

1. How to Claim  

1. In order to claim the Gift, claimants must fully complete the online claim form at www.mykitchen-rewards.co.uk including the E-nr and FD numbers of each appliance and the full receipt showing date of purchase, which also itemises the appliances and furniture purchased.  

1. Claims must be received by the promoter no later than midnight on the 31st May 2025 and the Promotor will not accept any claims received subsequently.  

1. Claimants can view the full list of eligible retailers at www.mykitchen-rewards.co.uk/Neff/eligible-retailers 

1. The Promoter reserves the right to investigate and undertake all such action, as is reasonable, to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require Claimants to provide further verification as to proof of purchase. In addition, the Promoter reserves the right to reject those claims which are, in their sole opinion, fraudulent or invalid.  

1. Claimants should allow up to 28 days for confirmation of claim approval from the date of the Promoter’s receipt of the Claim Form and copy of the purchase receipt.  Claimants should allow 28 days for the release of the Bank Transfer funds, from the date of the Promoter’s confirmation of claim approval. 

1. The Claimant will provide the correct bank account details. In the event that payment is made to an incorrect bank account due to the Claimants submission of incorrect bank account details, the Promotor shall have no responsibility and these funds will not be retrieved.  

1. All claim forms and copy purchase receipts, once received by the Promoter, will become its property and will not be returned to Claimants. 

1. By submitting a claim, Claimants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.  

1. In the unlikely event that a claimant is unhappy with their NEFF appliance and wishes to return it for a full refund, such refund is conditional upon the return of the Gift i.e. the cashback. 

1. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, extend or amend the terms of this Promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.

In the event that you do not have access to the internet or are unable to claim online, please telephone the freephone helpline on 0800 987 4112.  The advisor will be able to complete your redemption over the telephone, however, you will need to post your purchase receipt to validate the claim to My NEFF Rewards, BI Worldwide Limited, 1 Vantage Court, Newport Pagnell, Bucks, MK16 9EZ.  Claims will only be paid upon receipt of a valid purchase receipt.  Please note, receipts will not be returned so please ensure you keep a copy.  A copy of the original purchase receipts must be provided.  For avoidance of doubt, order confirmations and delivery receipts will not be accepted.

Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”). Any information or instructions published by the Promoter about the Promotion at https://samsungoffers.claims/autumncashback    form part of the Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter

1. The Promoter is Samsung Electronics (UK) Limited, Samsung House, 2000 Hillswood Drive, Chertsey, Surrey, KT16 0RS (the “Promoter”).

Promotion Period

2. The Promotion will commence at 00:01 (BST) on the 4^th September 2024 and close at 23:59 (GMT) on the 4^th November 2024 (the “Purchase Period”).

Eligibility

3. To be eligible to participate in the Promotion you must be a lawful resident (aged 18+) of the United Kingdom (including the Isle of Man and Channel Islands) (“Participant”).
4. Employees or agents of the Promoter that are involved in the operation of this Promotion or anyone professionally connected to this Promotion are not eligible to enter. Sales staff at the Participating Retailers are eligible to participate so long as they have not received a staff discount on the Promotion Product.
5. The Promotion is only available to individual consumers (e.g. not to any business or reseller). Retailers, distributors, resellers and any person who purchases a Promotion Product (defined below) for resale or otherwise not as the user of the Promotion Product, may not participate in this Promotion and are specifically excluded as Participants.
6. Participants who claim a Reward in this Promotion are ineligible to participate or claim a Reward in any other promotion offered on the same Samsung Promotion Products.

Offer

7. Samsung is offering a promotion (the “Cashback Promotion”) whereby Participants will be eligible to claim a corresponding cashback reward as shown at Table 1 below (the “Reward”) by redemption when they purchase a qualifying new (i.e. not second hand, refurbished or ex-display) Samsung Domestic Appliance (each a “Promotion Product”) from a participating retailer listed [HERE] (each a “Participating Retailer”), within the Purchase Period subject to full compliance with these Promotion Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”). Full details of the Promotion Products and the corresponding Rewards are set out in Table 1 below. For the avoidance of doubt the Promotion Product(s) must be purchased in order to be eligible for Rewards in this Promotion; Promotion Product(s) received for free or as part of a giveaway do not qualify.
8. Participants who make a valid Claim (as defined at Condition 10 below) shall also be automatically entered into a Prize Draw (as defined below) (“Entry”) whereby each Entry shall have a chance to win a cash prize of up to £2,000 (“Prize”), subject to full compliance with these Promotion Terms and Conditions (“Prize Draw”). There will be 9 Prizes awarded. Participants who do not wish to take part in the Prize Draw (but still wish to take part in the Cashback Promotion) may contact the Promoter at https://samsungoffers.claims/autumncashback to opt out of the Prize Draw Promotion at any time before the 15^th February 2025.

9. Purchases from auction websites (e.g. eBay) or from third party sellers on online retailers’ websites (e. Amazon Marketplace) and non-Samsung approved resellers (non-direct accounts) are specifically excluded from this Promotion.
10. For the avoidance of doubt, all Entries will have the same chance of winning a Prize (which is subject to the number of Prizes to be awarded and number of Entries).

Claims

11. After purchasing a Promotion Product from a Participating Retailer during the Purchase Period, Participants must visit https://samsungoffers.claims/autumncashback, complete the claim form with their name, contact information, address and any other requested information and submit it together with a scanned copy of their proof purchase (a “Claim”) within 90 days of the date of their purchase. Claims must be submitted before 2^nd February 2025 (the “Claim Window”). Claims received after the close of the Claim Period will not be eligible for either a Reward or Prize.
12. Participants are entitled to a maximum of one (1) Reward per Promotion Product purchased and subsequent valid Claim made, up to a maximum of four (4) Rewards per household.
13. Participants will be sent an email to confirm their Claim has been received by the Promoter instantly upon entry of a Claim. Providing that the Claim is found to be valid in accordance with these Promotion Terms, Participants will be sent an email within seven (7) days to confirm whether their Claim has been successful and validated (“Claim Validation”).
14. If an email acknowledgement has not been received, it is the Participant’s responsibility to contact the Promoter’s customer service team by email at autumncashback@samsungoffers.claimsor by phone on 0330 236 6825 within seven (7) days of a Claim being submitted.
15. If a Claim is deemed to have been submitted incorrectly, the Participant will be notified via email and SMS and offered the opportunity to provide the required information within seven (7) days. If no response is received within seven (7) days of the email and SMS, then the Claim shall be marked as invalid, and the Participant will no longer be eligible to receive the either Reward or be deemed to have entered the Prize Draw.
16. Claims that are incomplete or damaged will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for lost, delayed or damaged data which occurs during any communication or transmission of Claims.
17. The Reward will be sent via bank transfer in local currency (GBP) within forty (45) days of Claim Validation to the bank account provided by the Participant during the Claim process.
18. Winning Participants shall be selected at random from all Entries in a Prize Draw conducted on 3^rd March 2025. Participants who are selected to receive a Prize in the Prize Draw (“Winning Participants”) shall receive notification of such and instruction on how to claim their Prize. Participants must claim their Prize within 14 days of the notification.
19. If Winning Participants do not claim Prize within 14 days , the Prize will be offered to runners up (“Alternates”). Alternates will also be required to claim their Prizes within a certain time period to be specified by the Administrator.
20. The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify Claims which it considers do not comply with these Promotion Terms.
21. The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid Claims including, without limitation, to require further verification as to proof of purchase, as well as the identity, age and other relevant details of a Participant.
22. If a Participant returns or cancels the delivery of a Promotion Product before submitting a Claim, the Participant must not make a Claim and they will not be eligible for the Promotion. If a Participant returns or cancels the delivery of a Promotion Product after submitting a Claim, the Claim will be invalid, and the Participant must cancel the Claim immediately by calling the contact numbers in Condition 14.The Promoter reserves the right to check with Participating Retailers whether a Promotion Product has been returned or the order cancelled and by submitting a Claim the Participant provides consent to the Promoter to do so.

Privacy and Data Protection

23. The Promoter’s use of any personal information submitted by the Participant shall be limited to communications about the Promotion and for managing the redemption process. The Participant hereby consents to its personal information being used for this purpose and confirms that it agrees with the Promoter’s privacy policy available at: samsung.com/uk/info/privacy.html. The Participant may withdraw consent to such use of personal information by writing to the Promoter or by using the opt-out process outlined in the Promoter’s privacy policy.
24. Other than as set out in these Terms and Conditions, the details and information provided by the Participant when entering the Promotion or claiming the Reward will not be used for any other purpose, nor shall they be passed to any third party.

General

25. The Promoter shall not be liable for any interruption to the Promotion whether due to force majeure or other factors beyond the Promoter’s control.
26. The Promoter reserves the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice, to vary the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion.
27. The Promoter will not be responsible or liable for: (a) any failure to receive submissions due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control; (b) any late, lost, misrouted, or damaged transmissions or Claims; (c) any computer or communications related malfunctions or failures; (d) any disruptions, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of the Promoter; or (e) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion.
28. Participants will be solely responsible for any and all applicable taxes and any other relevant costs or expenses which are not stated in these Promotion Terms as being included.
29. By participating in this Promotion, you agree, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, to release and hold the Promoter harmless from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from participation in or in connection with the Promotion, including without limitation, awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of the Reward. The above limitation of liability shall not apply to liability arising from fraud (including fraudulent misrepresentation), death or personal injury caused as a result of Promoter’s negligence.
30. The Promotion is governed by the law of England and Wales.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PARTICIPANTS 

1.1. This promotion is only open to Residents in Great Britain (England, Wales and Scotland). A Participant (“Participant”) is a person or a legal entity (company) who is resident in Great Britain. Employees of Miele, its subsidiary companies, their families, agents and other parties directly involved with this promotion are not eligible to enter. The promotion is only open to participants purchasing for their own use i.e. end users. Miele reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants and/or to exclude Participants at its sole discretion at any time for any reason. 

HOW TO PARTICIPATE 

2.1. This promotion is only available through Wren, Magnet or Howdens. Purchases made in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland are not included in this promotion. 

2.2. To take advantage of this promotion, buy four Miele built-in appliances and claim £500 cashback and claim an additional £500 if one of these appliances is a KMDA extraction hob (see product list for valid purchases) and purchases must be made between 19.08.2024 and 01.12.2024 (inclusive).  

Laundry appliances are not included.

2.3. A maximum of 1 qualifying claim per Participant, during the promotion. The Promotion is not available on any second hand, refurbished or reconditioned stock. The Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offers or promotions. 

2.4. Fully completed and correct claim forms, together with a copy of the original proof of purchase must be received no later than 01.03.2025 by online submission using the claim form available at  https://miele-kitchen-howdens-magnet.sales-promotions.com/en_gb/?country_promotion=2 

2.5. The Customer’s proof of purchase must clearly show the Miele qualifying products purchased, the reseller where purchased and the date of purchase. All products must be purchased within the promotional period.  

2.6. Each cashback claim is limited to a single use and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional voucher, cashback offer or monetary contribution from Miele against the promotional product, as stated in Article 3.1. 

2.7. Appliances are subject to a one time only claim, any cashback claims submitted that include an already recorded serial number will be deemed ineligible. 

2.8. All personal information (such as name, address, bank details) will be processed by the Executing Agency Benamic Unlimited only in connection with the management of this promotion including the provision of information to third parties designated to administer the promotion. In as far as our third-party providers encounter your personal data, we will ensure that the data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR also complies with the applicable data protection laws.

3.1. The cashback claim form cannot be exchanged for cash. 

3.2. Where the cashback payment constitutes a taxable benefit, the tax liability lies with the recipient. 

3.3. In the event that the Customer returns the promotional product to the seller, the Participant will not be entitled to claim cashback and any claim will be thereafter dismissed. For the avoidance of doubt this clause does not prohibit in any way the customer’s right to exercise their applicable statutory or warranty rights. 

THE PROMOTER 

4.1. The promoter is Miele UK,  Fairacres, Marcham Road, Abingdon OX14 1TW. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the promotion at any time. 

DATA 

5.1. Where applicable any data captured during the promotion will be collated, accessed, processed and stored wholly in accordance with applicable local Data Protection Laws and Regulations. Miele will not transmit data to unauthorised third parties or outside the EU. 

5.2. Upon registration, the participant will have provided their personal data to Miele UK and to Benamic, and to its agents, to carry out the promotion and to conduct marketing and quality control analysis. Benamic and its agents are responsible for securely storing, processing and transferring the participant’s personal data wholly in accordance with applicable local Data Protection Laws and Regulations. By registering, the participant consents to these terms and conditions. Should the participant tick the opt-in box on the online registration form, the participant also consents that the promoter, other Benamic entities and/or their agents can process their data for the purposes of advising participants of other promotions, new products and services, and/or for future marketing and quality control analysis. Participants have the right to consult and request rectification of their information as held by the promoter. 

DISCLAIMER 

6.1. No responsibility will be accepted for claims lost, delayed or for those claims not received by the closing date. 

6.2. Claims will be disqualified if incomplete or illegible. It is the Participant’s responsibility to ensure that sufficient details are provided for claims to be processed. 

6.3. Miele is not liable for any costs incurred by the participant relating to the promotion. 

6.4. Miele shall not be liable for any delayed claims of any nature with regard to this promotion. However, nothing in these rules shall have the effect of excluding or restricting the customer’s liability for personal injury or death caused by the proven negligence of Customer. 

6.5. Miele shall not be liable for any failure to fulfil this offer where such failure is caused by any supervening circumstances amounting to force majeure (meaning: beyond Miele’s reasonable control) and/or events which, without the fault of either party, render performance impossible or incapable of satisfactory execution. 

6.6. Miele reserves the right to withdraw this promotion at any time and/or to unilaterally change the terms and conditions without incurring any liability. 

JURISDICTION 

7.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the country in which you have purchased the promotional product and come under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that country.
