All prices displayed on our website and within our literature are based on the following typical kitchen layouts: 8 units (small), 12 units (medium) and 16 units (large) and have had multibuy discounts applied. Multibuy offer only applies when you purchase 5 or more complete kitchen units (comprising carcase, doors and hinges) and does not apply to installation, appliances, worktops or accessories purchased with the units; you will save 50% off the cost of the units purchased in-store should you qualify for this offer. Any images are for illustrative purposes unless otherwise stated. The price includes the kitchen cabinets, price excludes end panels, plinths and trims. Appliance pack prices include the hob, hood and oven and must be sold as a pack to qualify for the discounted price. Installation is not included. Prices are correct at the time of publication. Every kitchen is unique so we’d always recommend getting a quote from one of our expert designers that’s tailored to you and your space. All prices include vat.

1.1.1 the beko appliance pack for £345 includes an oven (bnif22300xd), hob (hnzg64122sx) and hood (basic chimney hood). Must be sold as a pack to qualify for the discounted price, any changes may result in additional costs.

1.2 Finance

1.5 10% off Bosch, Neff & Siemens

1. Spend over £8,000 on your full kitchen purchase and receive 10% off all NEFF, BOSCH & SIEMENS Appliances.

These appliances must be purchased as part of an overall kitchen purchase from participating retailers including the kitchen furniture (with a minimum of 5 cabinets).  For the avoidance of doubt, all appliances must be NEFF and must be fully installed to be able to complete the claim. 

£200 cashback will be offered with a purchase of 3 qualifying NEFF built-in kitchen appliances including an oven. 

£350 cashback will be offered with a purchase of 4 qualifying NEFF built-in kitchen appliances including an oven. 

£500 cashback will be offered with a purchase of 5 qualifying NEFF built-in kitchen appliances including an oven. 

£700 cashback will be offered with a purchase of 6 qualifying NEFF built-in kitchen appliances including an oven. 

£1,000 cashback will be offered with a purchase of 7 qualifying NEFF built-in kitchen appliances including an oven.   

Plus, an additional £500 cashback will be awarded with the purchase of a NEFF Venting Hob or Glass Draft Hood (as detailed in table B below) as part of this Promotion. 

1. To qualify as a kitchen purchase for this cashback Promotion, a minimum of five kitchen cabinets must be included within the purchase.  

1. The kitchen furniture and appliances must be purchased from the same retailer as part of a kitchen design (participating retailers only).   

1. This Promotion applies to purchases between 26th December 2025 and 10th April 2026 and for which the Promoter has received a completed and valid claim before midnight on 31st October 2026. A copy of the original purchase receipts must be provided as part of the claim process and include proof of payment, containing proof of the original deposit payment made within the promotional period plus proof of payment in full or proof of a finance agreement in place. Acceptable documentation includes deposit payment receipts, contract or schedule which confirms all of the qualifying criteria has been met. For avoidance of doubt, order confirmation summaries and delivery receipts will not be accepted as proof of purchase. 

1. The promoter will accept no responsibility for delayed projects or installations, all claims must be made by 31st October 2026 and no claims can be submitted thereafter.

1. The Gift will be in the form of BACS Transfer. 

1. In order to qualify for the Cashback of £200, a minimum of THREE qualifying NEFF built-in appliances including an oven must be purchased. Each cashback claim must include a NEFF oven (Table A below) plus any other current large built-in domestic appliances from these categories; hobs, cooker hoods, dishwashers, laundry and refrigeration. All appliances must be purchased as part of an overall kitchen purchase and from the same retailer that the kitchen furniture has been purchased from (must be from a participating retailer only). Freestanding appliances and accessories (including warming drawers) are not included. A list of qualifying appliances from all categories can be found on the claim site at https://mykitchen-rewards.co.uk/Neff 

1. If a NEFF Venting Hob or Glass Draft Hood (Table B below) is purchased as ONE of the qualifying NEFF appliances then an additional £500 will be awarded. The total cashback value that can be awarded for SEVEN qualifying NEFF appliances, including a NEFF oven and NEFF Venting Hob or Glass Draft Hood is £1,500. 

1. If multiple Venting Hobs or Glass Draft Hoods (Table B below) are purchased as TWO or more of the qualifying NEFF appliances then £500 will be awarded per Venting Hob or Glass Draft Hood.  

1. Purchases of ex-display, graded, seconds, replacements and imperfect products and trade/contract sales are excluded from the Promotion. 

1. Each consumer is permitted to submit a single claim, which must pertain to one household only. No consumer shall be entitled to submit more than one claim in total. Claims that fail to comply with this condition shall be deemed invalid and may not be processed. Please note that employees and relatives of the Promotor, participating retailers or traders are prohibited from participating in this promotion. Traders and participating retailers themselves are also prohibited from participating in this promotion. 

1. Claimants cannot claim in conjunction with another offer. 

1. How to Claim  

1. In order to claim the Gift, Claimants must fully complete the online claim form at https://mykitchen-rewards.co.uk/Neff including the E-nr and FD numbers of each appliance, a photograph of the appliances in situ, the original receipt showing date of purchase, which also itemizes the appliances and furniture purchased and includes the original deposit payment, proof of payment in full or proof of a finance agreement in place.  

1. For the avoidance of doubt, all appliances must be installed within the kitchen to be able to acquire E-nr and FD numbers and provide a photograph of the appliances in situ. Where unable to access the E-nr and FD numbers on hobs or cooker hoods only, photographs in situ will be accepted. 

1. The evidence of purchase must include the same name as that of the Claimant.  No payments will be made where the Claimant’s name does not match the name on the evidence document. 

1. The evidence of purchase must be from a participating retailer. 

1. Claims must be received by the promoter no later than midnight on the 31st October 2026 and the Promotor will not accept any claims received subsequently.

1. The Claimant will provide the correct bank account details, and the bank account must be in the same name as the Claimant. No payments will be made to a bank account where the Claimant’s full name does not match the bank account name. In the event that payment is made to an incorrect bank account due to the Claimants submission of incorrect bank account details, the Promotor shall have no responsibility, and these funds will not be retrieved.  

1. The Promoter reserves the right to investigate and undertake all such action, as is reasonable, to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require Claimants to provide further verification as to proof of purchase. In addition, the Promoter reserves the right to reject those claims which are, in their sole opinion, fraudulent or invalid.  

1. Claimants should allow up to 28 days for confirmation of claim approval from the date of the Promoter’s receipt of the Claim Form and copy of the purchase receipt. Claimants should allow 28 days for the release of the Bank Transfer funds, from the date of the Promoter’s confirmation of claim approval. 

1. All claim forms and copy purchase receipts, once received by the Promoter, will become its property and will not be returned to Claimants. 

1. By submitting a claim, Claimants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.  

1. In the unlikely event that a Claimant is unhappy with their NEFF appliance and wishes to return it for a full refund, such refund is conditional upon the return of the Gift i.e. the cashback. 

1. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, extend or amend the terms of this Promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.  

1. 1. The evidence of purchase must include the same name as that of the Claimant.  No payments will be made where the Claimant’s name does not match the name on the evidence document.

11. Purchases must be made from a Participating Retailer to qualify for this offer. Purchases from auction websites (e.g. eBay) or from third party sellers on online retailers’ websites (e.g. Amazon Marketplace) and non-Samsung approved resellers (non-direct accounts) are specifically excluded from this Promotion.

12. Participants must register for or login to a Samsung Account when they submit their Claim for Rewards.

Claims 

13. After purchasing three (3) or more Promotion Products from the same Participating Retailer in a single transaction during the Promotion Period, Participants must visit https://www.samsungoffers.claims/kitchenwintercashbackuk and complete the presented Claim form with their name, contact information, email and postal address, and bank account details along with any other requested information and submit it together with scanned copies of their proofs of purchase showing their purchase of the Promotion Products (a “Claim”). Participants will be required to upload an image of the serial numbers from the settings screen of the Promotion Products (rather than the packaging). For the avoidance of doubt the Promotion Products must all

be purchased in order to be eligible for Rewards in this Promotion; any Promotion Product received for free or as part of a giveaway will not qualify.

14. Claims may only be submitted within between thirty (30) and one hundred eighty (180) days after the Participant’s purchase of the relevant Promotion Products (the “Claim Period”). This means the final Claim date for Promotion Products purchased on the 1st March 2026 as the end date of the Promotion Period is no later than 23:59 (BST) on the 31st August 2026.

15. Participants are entitled to claim on a maximum of six (6) selected Promotion Products bundled in the same purchase for a Claim, and a maximum of one (1) Claim per residential household.

16. Participants will be sent an email to confirm their Claim has been received by the Promoter instantly upon entry of a Claim. Providing that the Claim is found to be valid in accordance with these Promotion Terms, Participants will be sent an email within seven (7) days to confirm whether their Claim has been successful and validated (“Claim Validation”). 

17. If an email acknowledgement has not been received, it is the Participant’s responsibility to contact the Promoter’s customer service team by email at kitchenwintercashbackuk@samsungoffers.claims or by phone on 0330 551 0910 within seven (7) days of a Claim being submitted.

18. If a Claim is deemed to have been submitted incorrectly, the Participant will be notified via email and SMS and offered the opportunity to provide the required information within seven (7) days. If no response is received within seven (7) days of the email and SMS, then the Claim shall be marked as invalid and the Participant will no longer be eligible to receive the Reward. 

19. Claims that are incomplete or damaged will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for lost, delayed or damaged data which occurs during any communication or transmission of Claims.  

20. The Reward will be sent via bank transfer within thirty (30) days of Claim Validation to the bank account provided by the Participant during the Claim process.  

21. The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify Claims which it considers do not comply with these Promotion Terms. 

22. The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid Claims including, without limitation, to require further verification as to proof of purchase, as well as the identity, age and other relevant details of a Participant. In the event your information is linked to fraudulent claims or abuse of terms and conditions on previous promotions you will be unable to participate in this Promotion and your Claim will be rejected. 

23. If a Participant returns or cancels the delivery of any Promotion Product before submitting a Claim, the Participant must not make a Claim including that Promotion Product. If a Participant returns or cancels the delivery of a Promotion Product after submitting a Claim in which it was included, the

Claim will be invalid and the Participant must cancel the Claim immediately by calling the contact number in Condition 17 above. The Promoter reserves the right to check with Participating Retailers whether a Promotion Product has been returned or the order cancelled and by submitting a Claim the Participant provides consent to the Promoter to do so. 

Privacy and Data Protection  

24. The Promoter’s use of any personal information submitted by the Participant shall be limited to communications about the Promotion and for managing the redemption process. The Participant hereby consents to its personal information being used for this purpose and confirms that it agrees with the Promoter’s privacy policy available at: www.samsung.com/uk/info/privacy.html. The Participant may withdraw consent to such use of personal information by writing to the Promoter or by using the opt-out process outlined in the Promoter’s privacy policy.

25. Other than as set out in these Terms and Conditions, the details and information provided by the Participant when entering the Promotion or claiming the Reward will not be used for any other purpose, nor shall they be passed to any third party. 

General  

26. The Promoter shall not be liable for any interruption to the Promotion whether due to force majeure or other factors beyond the Promoter’s control.  

27. The Promoter reserves the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice, to vary the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion.  

28. The Promoter will not be responsible or liable for: (a) any failure to receive submissions due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control; (b) any late, lost, misrouted, or damaged transmissions or Claims; (c) any computer or communications related malfunctions or failures; (d) any disruptions, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of the Promoter; or (e) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion.  

29. Participants will be solely responsible for any and all applicable taxes and any other relevant costs or expenses which are not stated in these Promotion Terms as being included. 

30. By participating in this Promotion, you agree, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, to release and hold the Promoter harmless from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from participation in or in connection with the Promotion, including without limitation, awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of the Reward.
